Hi there! I’m Mrs. Strahan, and I’ve been teaching since 2014, which means I’ve spent a lot of time surrounded by crayons, giggles, and the occasional glitter explosion. I’ve taught every grade from kindergarten through third and loved them all.

I’m a proud UND grad with degrees in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. I grew up in Virginia, MN and after college in North Dakota and coming back here to student teach at MIB, I knew this was home. I’m so grateful to be teaching where my heart feels happiest!

I live in Mt. Iron with my husband and our two busy boys, in a house we proudly bought and remodeled in 2025. Both of my boys attend MIB, and I adore that we get to be part of this wonderful small-school community together. I truly believe I have the best colleagues around, they make every day brighter for myself and all kids at school!
