James Jotter
My name is James Jotter and I have worked for the Mountain Iron-Buhl School District since 2003. I have spent the last 3 years as the principal of the MIB school district. Prior too coming to the high school, I spent 16 years at Mesabi Academy. I spent my first two years there providing security while obtaining my teachers degree from Bemidji State University. After earning a bachelors degree, I was hired to teach the Jr High classes. I spent twelve great years with some great kids at the academy. The final years I spent earning a Masters Degree in Education and shortly after that a Certification in School Administration. My final two years at the Academy I spent as the principal. I enjoy working with all the kids at MIB and look forward to working in the district for many more years.
